A: We lost the customer database for the prior-2016 Audio Damage site. However, every single plugin that was available on that site is now available on the Free & Legacy page. Moving forward, make a new account the next time you purchase something from us.

Q: The plugin is not showing up in [host name]. What do I do?
+
A:Generally speaking, there are two sources of this issue. The first is that you're trying to instance a stereo plugin on a mono track (common in Logic and ProTools with certain of our plugins.) The second is that the AU validator has gotten wedged (common in Logic.) Solving the first should be self-evident. Solving the second generally requires a reboot. If those don't sort it or it is something else, drop us a line or hit up our Discord.
